The clinical and laboratory aspects of 11 H.I.V. patients with Histoplasma capsulatum ore the subject of this report Nonspecific manifestations such as enlarged Lymph nodes, fever, weight loss and skin lesions were the commonest; the laboratory played o main role In establishing the diagnosis. The physician should be aware of the presence of non-specific signs and symptoms of histoplasmosis In o H.I.V. patent, because all patients have o disseminated form of the mycosis.
