Abstract

It is presented a review on HELLP Syndrome (Hemolypsis, Liver Enzymes Elevation and Low Platelets), a rare but severe complication of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension. There Is emphasis on Its Physio-patological aspects In order to give some useful Information to the clinicians. Also, there is a brief review on the historical aspects related on the knowledge of this entity.
