Spontaneous torsion of the fallopian tube. Report of a case

Abstract

It is reported a case of adnexial torsion limited to a Fallopian tube in a twelve years old patient, without compromise of the homolateral ovary. It is presented a review on the topic. It is emphasized the lack of references on the topic of adnexial torsion to that limited to the Fallopian tube.
