Abstract

The investigation covers the discussion on justice in political theory by starting with the current proposal of the American political and moral philosopher John Rawls, who is derived from the study of contemporary egalitarian justice and its subsequent reaction in the communitarianism of Michael Walzer, Charles Taylor, Miichael Sandel, Alasdair Macintyre, and libertarism of the Robert Nozick.

The egalitarian and non-egalitarian attitudes that are developed in relation to the work of Rawls used to develop a dialogic conception of justice in which it went to the Social Doctrine of the Church to find their affinities and how major impact on their social purposes.
