Abstract

Artificial intelligence has been a topic of great relevance and significance in recent years. Advances associated with technology-assisted activities have been incorporated into various sectors, enabling significant interdisciplinary progress. One of these areas  has been “Human Resources” within various organizations, where interaction is of great importance. There is talk of impartiality and empathy in certain aspects. Additionally, the area presents significant opportunities for optimization through AI.
