Abstract
Anal, perianal and perineal pain are sporadic pathological entities (Syndromes). They represent a difficult but a very important consultation cause for medical doctors and specialists (surgeon, gastroenterologists, physicians, etc). The article has notes about etiology, clinical features, diagnostic and medical surgical therapeutic measures related to anal, perianal or perineal pain those presenting difficult for treatrnent.
