Resumen
en bases de datos con el fin de revisar la evidencia sobre la relación entre desempeño académico, cronotipo y sueño-vigilia en estudiantes universitarios entre 2012 y 2022. Se identificaron 62 registros en las bases de datos Sience Direct, Dialnet, Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), MEDLINE y Web of Science de los cuales 22 cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. Los análisis mostraron correlaciones significativas entre el desempeño académico con malos hábitos del sueño, así como con la hora de levantarse o acostarse. Los resultados se discuten con la literatura existente.
