Factores asociados a conductas autolesivas no suicidas en adolescentes: estudio monográfico

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio documental de tipo monográfico se centra en analizar la literatura científica relacionada con factores de riesgo y protección asociados a Conductas Autolesivas (CAL) no suicidas en adolescentes. Se compilan los hallazgos de 274 documentos de acceso abierto publicados en inglés y español en las plataformas ScienceDirect y EBSCO entre los años 2010 y 2020, relacionados con CAL no suicidas en adolescentes entre 12 y 19 años. Se encuentra evidencia empírica de la relación entre factores sociodemográficos, psicológicos, familiares y sociales con las CAL no suicidas, adicionalmente se concluye que no hay un único factor determinante y pueden existir variables directas o mediadoras de estas conductas; asimismo, se evidenció un vacío teórico importante, principalmente en relación con los factores protectores.
