Escritos is a biannual scientific journal published by the School of Theology, Philosophy, and Humanities at the Pontifical Bolivarian University. It publishes original research articles, theoretical reflections, academic debates, translations, and critical reviews in the fields of Philosophy and Literature, especially in Ethics and Philosophical Anthropology; Hermeneutics, Aesthetics, and Languages; Classical Studies; and Latin American Literature and Thought. The mission of Escritos is to contribute to the research, discussion, and dissemination of philosophical and literary thought in the declared fields, while serving as a forum for academic discussion among national and international scholars connected to the aforementioned thematic areas.
