Un acercamiento a la patentabilidad de las invenciones biotecnológicas

Abstract

The biotechnology constitutes a legal subject widely discussed, which is not far from ethical debate (or bioethical) about the manipulation of living organisms and the limits of this activity. This article analyses each one of the possible instruments applicable to the protection of biotechnological inventions, making a deeper study of the legal instrument known as patent.
