Abstract
Tutorships are a central subject at universities today, many professors are concerned and interested in the methodological consolidation for their enforcement as tutors; this article present a specific proposal of tutorships with groups of students from the first and second semester of the Social Work program, arising from the Reflexive Workshop methodology.
