Abstract
The learning of the research methods and techniques is a constant concern in the formation process of the Social Sciences. This article shows the partial results of a study carried out throughout the Research Seminar in the Social Work Faculty, which intended to describe the characteristics related to study habits, cigarette and alcohol consumption, as well as the physical activity of the UPB students.
