This period demands solid definitions. ¿Which are the most relevant conception and decision to build the public space, where private, social and state initiatives have a development strategy which guidelines explain the fundamental problems of the social reality?

What contents should social agenda have, which is the social process needed to revitalize the public space? The following piece of work draws some relevant initiatives. It is opted for a strategic, systematic and communitarian vision, as a specific action mode from the government of the civilians, who determine the conception of the public in terms of a shared reference for citizens action.
