Abstract

This research article has a report about the information that has been collected through the discussion groups’ qualitative method from the population under forced displacement.

In Colombia, internal forced displacement of people is a long- lasting focal point. It is confined in a multi-polar and differential armed confrontation in the regions; victims are varied: they do not belong to any specific ethnic groups, religions, social classes or groups. The Nation’s fragility along with the power of rights and the deep weakness of democracy has effects that cause changes and restructuring on the local and national cultures. At the same time, exclusion and intolerance situations of the new displaced people who are expelled to the cities are intensified.
