Characteristics of Quifarma Company Collaborators. A Formative Research Experience

Abstract

The training proposal of the Faculty of Social Work proposes an approach to professional problems in all its courses, thus, as in this case, coordinating between the Faculty and the Quifarma company, it was carried out, under the modality of a semester project, with students and teachers of the subjects of Social Work with Families and Family Theory, a study of the collaborators of this company.

The experience constitutes a teaching-learning strategy that encourages the articulation of theory, practice, formative research and a systematic approach to social reality, particularly of the families addressed.
