Abstract
These paper places in the context of the sustainability, presenting one possible constructive alternative for Medellin city and the Metropolitan Area. Is explained the importance and the need to resort to good solutions for environment, as like green roofs and there are described the different advantages that the utilization carries of this technologies in the buildings.
