Abstract

When he was in grade eleven (11) he explored careers like: medicine, psychology, archeology, and mathematics, but one day the book "The Third Wave" of Alvin Toffler got to his hands by chance. The author made reference about how the humanity was passing through waves of change; they took him from being a nomad to a sedentary while at the same time the agriculture (the first wave) and the industrialization (the second wave) appeared, and a little time after this the computer science and the telecommunications (the third wave) initiated. The humanity started changing its time and space paradigms, so he decided he wanted to be a participant of this change and started his studies in Electronic engineering.


Therefore everything began for this Specialized in Telecommunications, Magister in Engineering in Telecommunications area and candidate to Dr. in Telecommunications Engineering. Today he is the new director of Researching and Transferring of the University Pontificia Bolivariana. Universitas Científica conversed with him.
