Reporte de caso. Síndrome antifosfolípido catastrófico

Resumo

Paciente de sexo feminino 26 anos de idade, com história de Lupus eritematoso Sistémico, Paniculitis Lúpica e Síndrome Antifosfolípido. Ingressa a urgências por dois dias de evolução, consistente em astenia, febre e sangrado profuso de úlceras em membro inferiores, ao exame físico se encontra edema generalizado e taquicardia, as provas solicitadas demonstram anormalidades na coagulação, alterações no complemento e nas enzimas hepáticas, documenta-se a presença de bacteriémica por Estreptococo spp, hospitaliza-se e se inicia manejo antibiótico. Durante seu estadia no hospital apresenta deterioração rápida e severo de seu estado de saúde, e apesar do tratamento, desenvolve uma insuficiência multiorgânica que a conduz à morte em tão só sete dias de iniciado o quadro clínico.
